Need something quick and delicious? This Wild Pull-Apart Bread is your go-to recipe when you're craving a warm, satisfying snack without spending hours in the kitchen. Crunchy pretzels, creamy feta, sun-dried tomatoes, and Mediterranean herbs—your air fryer takes care of the hard work!

Perfect for a relaxed evening, your next Netflix binge, or as a showstopper on the party table.

Ingredients

  • 10 mini pretzels (frozen – rolls and knots)
  • 100 g sun-dried tomatoes in oil
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh rosemary and thyme

Instructions

  • Place the frozen mini pretzels directly in the air fryer basket—no need to thaw. Perfect for spontaneous cravings.
  • Dice the feta, garlic, and sun-dried tomatoes. Generously sprinkle over the pretzels.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and herbs. Let it sit for about 15 minutes to allow the flavors to soak in.
  • Bake in the air fryer at 160 °C (320 °F) for 15 minutes.
  • Remove the golden, aromatic pull-apart bread and let it cool slightly on a cutting board.
  • Tear or slice into pieces and serve warm. Enjoy!
