Crispy Pinecones

Looking for a creative and no-bake treat that's as fun to make as it is to eat? These crispy pinecones are rich in chocolate flavor, subtly spiced, and topped with crunchy Choco Shells to mimic real pinecones. Perfect for cozy gatherings, dessert tables, or simply a sweet weekend project. Plus, they’re easy to prepare and don’t require an oven—just your multi-chopper and a bit of creativity!

Ingredients

  •  200 g speculaas cookies
  •  100 g cocoa
  •  100 g dried coconut
  •  200 ml milk
  •  40 g butter
  •  20 g sugar
  •  Choco Shells (chocolate breakfast cereal)
  •  A pinch of salt
  •  Cinnamon
  •  Vanilla extract
  •  Peel of an orange
  •  Also: Our multi-chopper MZ 400 or MZ 500

Preparation

  •  Place the speculaas cookies in the multi-chopper and grind them finely.
  •  Open the lid and add cocoa, coconut flakes, butter, milk, and sugar, then mix with the multi-chopper.
  •  Next, mix in the cinnamon, vanilla extract, salt, and orange peel.
  •  Place the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  •  Then, shape small cones from the dough using your hands.
  •  Place the Choco Shells into these cones, arranging them closely around the cone to resemble the appearance of a pinecone.
  •  If you like, you can sprinkle the crispy pinecones with a little powdered sugar.
